At The Flexi Plate Shop, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products designed for durability and performance. Our Bracket Buddy™ brackets are made from high-grade aluminum and are built to endure tough conditions without rusting or corroding.

This warranty is a voluntary warranty against defects under Australian Consumer Law.

What This Warranty Covers

1. Structural Defects:
   If your bracket experiences structural issues caused by materials or workmanship, we will replace it free of charge within 5 years of purchase.
   
   
   

2. Claims Process:

3. Repair or Replacement:

   • If the defect is covered, we will replace the defective product.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

1. UV Fading:

   • While the anodized finish resists corrosion, natural fading due to sunlight, heat, or car wash chemicals is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered.
     
     
     

2. Damage from Improper Use:

   • Any damage caused by incorrect installation, accidents, misuse, or alterations to the product is excluded.
     
     
     

3. Maintenance Neglect:

   • Periodic maintenance of screws and fasteners is required to ensure optimal performance. This includes applying lubricant in coastal or harsh environments to prevent seizing or corrosion. Failure to maintain these components voids the warranty for related issues.
     
     
     
     

Important Notice About Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

1. A replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
   
   
2. Repairs or replacement of goods if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
